As busy as I am on the book, the premier institute of “Holocaust” revisionism is now in crisis.
Therefore my report to you:
Revisionist writer Paul Grubach wrote, on the subject of Mark Weber, director of the Institute for Historical Review:

Dear Harvey,
Thank you for your 2/4/09 email that defends Mark Weber. I must respectfully disagree with just about everything you write. Mark Weber’s leadership of the IHR has been a disaster, and it is high time that you and the other IHR Board members publicly face up to this and do something about it.
1. Harvey wrote: “I have been shocked at the hysterical and unfair responses to Mark Weber’s
recent piece titled “How Relevant is Holocaust Revisionism. ” Mark is supposedly lazy, he talks on the phone, he surrenders, he is only concerned about attacking Israel, he is overpaid, and the IHR/LSF Board of Directors are stooges. Perhaps I missed it, but I did not see one fair critique. What I did see reflects poorly on those who complained.”
Grubach responds. Okay, I stand corrected on one thing. Mark Weber may not be “lazy.” As former IHR Editor Ted O’Keefe pointed out, Mark is vigorous and animated–but he is plagued by an inability to get his work done. This negative characteristic has haunted much of his career, and because of it the IHR is teetering on the brink of disaster. There is much evidence that supports this viewpoint.
Many years ago Mark was suppose to write a book, The Final Solution: Legend and Reality. He never finished the book. He just could not take this important project to completion.
From 1995 to 2001, the Journal of Historical Review (JHR) was under Mark Weber’s command, and it witnessed a large drop in subscriptions. One of the reasons for this is because Weber just could not get it published on time. Another reason is that he was publishing old reprints from the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs. Mark just could not do his job of producing new and original material for the JHR. I could go on and on about the deficiencies of the JHR during Weber’s control of it. To make a long story short, during the years the JHR was under Mark’s command, it steadily declined in quality until it reached the point that it was virtually worthless.
Here we have a clear case of Mark Weber’s negative characteristic- -his inability to get his work done–doing enormous damage to the IHR. Because of his inability to produce a quality JHR on time, it disappeared. Former editor O’Keefe hit the nail on the head when he said that the JHR was the most important of the IHR’s publications. It was the engine that pulled the entire IHR train. And Mark Weber’s inability to get his work done derailed that train.
You see Harvey, when a man is paid for doing a poor job, he is overpaid. From 1995 to 2001, Mark was paid for doing a poor job, for presiding over the destruction of the JHR. Ergo, contrary to what you say, Weber was overpaid during those years.
Former IHR employee Ken Usher was in a position to observe first-hand what Mark Weber does all day. Here is what Mr. Usher wrote in a widely circulated email: “We have known many of the people who have worked there [the IHR] in the past, and from each, the story was the same: There were many things the IHR could have done to enhance its status and stability, but the director [Mark Weber] stifled any serious suggestion of improvement or modernization, choosing instead to talk for hours on the phone, file away endless newspaper clippings, and type out lengthy correspondence on his computer.”
Directly contradicting what you say Harvey, Mark Weber does waste a lot of time on the phone, and Ken Usher confirmed that. If Weber spent less time on the phone and more time creating new and original essays, or preparing a weekly Internet radio broadcast, then he would get more important work done.
2. Harvey wrote: “Mark Weber has the full support of the LSF/IHR Board of Directors.”
Grubach responds. This is to be fully expected. Just as Willis Carto controlled the IHR Board during the productive Carto era, so too does Mark Weber have virtual control the IHR Board during this unproductive Weber era.
In fact, Weber learned how to control the IHR Board from Carto’s errors. One of the reasons that Carto was ousted is because he was not on the IHR Board. The very crafty Weber put himself on the IHR Board, so as to make it very difficult if not impossible to get rid of Weber. You and I both know that any Board Member who is opposed to Weber will be asked to step down. I offer the case of former IHR Board Member Robert Berger Lynch as evidence for this. He opposed Weber and company and this was one reason as to why he was asked to step down.
3. Harvey wrote: “Among the unfair and false things that are being said by some about him [Mark Weber] is that he is getting $50,000 a year from the IHR. As a board member of the IHR’s parent corporation (LSF), I can set the record straight on this. The LSF board has authorized for Weber an annual salary of $50,000, he has never taken it.”
Grubach responds. By refusing to take the $50000 per year, I believe Mark Weber is implicitly admitting that his work is not worth such a wage. I give him credit for his honesty on this one.
Under Mark Weber’s leadership, The Journal of Historical Review (JHR) and the IHR’s book publishing arm disappeared. Mark just cannot get the JHR and important books published. Under Mark Weber’s leadership, the yearly IHR conferences disappeared. Mark just cannot find the wherewithal to organize these conferences. Under Mark Weber’s leadership, the IHR newsletter virtually disappeared. For reasons unknown, Mark just cannot produce a regular newsletter.
Mark Weber is an excellent public speaker, one of the best I’ve ever seen. But for reasons that have yet to be fully deciphered, Mark just cannot produce a weekly Internet radio broadcast on relevant topics.
So, Harvey, answer this question: What does Mark Weber do to deserve a $50000 per year salary? Like I said, Weber refused to take $50000 per year because I believe he realizes his work output is not worth $50000 per year.
4. Harvey wrote: “As the 990 tax return by the LSF shows, his [Mark Weber's] gross salary for the fiscal year May 2007 through April 2008 was $43,999, which is not at all unreasonable for a person of his responsibilities who lives in southern California. From this gross salary, Weber tells me, he pays $12,348 annually in child support.”
Grubach responds. Could it be that a wage of $43, 999 for a man like Weber who does very little of any real value is too much? What does Weber do to deserve his $43, 999 per year? Every once in a blue moon he writes a short essay and posts it on his web site, gives a short speech, or sponsors a very small IHR “get-together. ” It appears as though he spends the majority of his time posting newspaper clippings. Is this even worth $43 999 per year?
Even if Mark Weber was paid only $10000 per year, he is still being paid to do very little and a very poor job at that. Even if Mark Weber was paid only $5000 per year, he is still being paid for failing to get the appropriate work done. Mark Weber is being paid to fail at his job, and thus, he is overpaid.
In addition, you failed to mention how Mark Weber took a “pleasure trip” to Virginia during the May 2007 through April 2008 tax year. He attended the American Renaissance Convention in February 2008. He must have spent at least $1000 or more. Did the IHR pay for this “pleasure trip?”
Even if Mark is largely uninterested in making “big money,” the fact of the matter remains is that he is overpaid, and he has made out very well for doing a poor job and next to nothing.
For example, tax statements show he made $43,250 for the 2000 tax year. One of my closest friends is a very productive civil engineer with a Masters Degree. For the same tax year, he made about $45000. In that tax year, he helped build important schools, roads and office buildings.
So, for the tax year of 2000, Mark Weber was paid for doing a poor job almost what was paid to a very productive civil engineer who helped construct very necessary things that our society needs to function.
5. Harvey wrote: “Many times over the years, he [Mark Weber] has taken pay cuts, or had his pay postponed. IHR/LSF owes him thousands of dollars.”
Is this why Mark Weber sends out a continuous stream of IHR solicitation letters, always begging for money, so he can recover for himself what the IHR allegedly owes him?
The IHR owes him thousands of dollars for what? For being a poor leader and doing very little??
By the mere fact that Mark has taken pay cuts and has had his pay postponed further drives home the point that he is a very poor leader. He has led the IHR to the point of financial disaster, as it cannot even pay its bills. Instead of leading the IHR to financial stability, Weber has led the IHR to the brink of financial disaster. A Director that leads his corporation to the point where it cannot even pay its own employees is a bad Director. Thank you, Harvey, for confirming my point.
Grubach’s closing statement. I don’t want to become your enemy, Harvey. I want to work with you to prod Mark Weber to be more productive, because it probably is not possible to get rid of him. And even if the IHR did get rid of Weber, who is there to replace him?
Quite frankly, Harvey, I think the IHR is doomed to destruction in the very near future. But I will make one last attempt to prod Mark Weber to be more productive. This is all that I am asking for.

I think that if Mark had a “prodder” like Tom Marcellus (or even Willis Carto whatever WAC’s faults; he was a man who kept and keeps deadlines for periodicals and his 2006 AFP/TBR conference was a huge success, with 450 attendees), if Mark would accept that he is not a left-brained structure guy, Mark could yet do great things — in tandem with a prodder.
In fact, he could grow from this honest and sincere critique that is now coming from all sides and reach his potential. And it is his Aryan duty to put the cause above his sensitivities.
We ALL are flawed — I am — and we ALL should THANK our friends and comrades who try to set us again on the right path.
In the Marines, we had an expression: “A [complaining] Marine is a happy Marine.” This complaining is just routine “venting,” and stands in stark contrast with the very ominous mood of terminally fed-up Marines — who drop into sullen silence and stony stares when their superior officer approaches. That is much more dangerous for him: their angry silence. That could portend a “friendly fire incident” involving him in the next firefight; that means he at some point crossed a line of incompetence in the deadly game of war when the men have decided he is hopeless as their leader and the men just have to get rid of him immediatley and outside channels — BEFORE HE GETS THEM ALL KILLED.
For Mark, it is now his moment of truth. He is at a crossroads.
Someone, Mark or another, must dynamically champion the truth that there there was one false holocaust, when the false Jews who really are just Khazars falsely claimed and still yammer that they were gassed; and that man must also say that YES, there were many true holocausts: 1) of the ancient white Solutreans in the Americas, 2) of the utterly innocent Gauls by the Romans under Caesar; 3) of the black slaves by the Jews, 4) of the Russians and Ukrainians by Bolshevik Khazars and Georgians 1917-57; and 5) of the Germans 1940-48 — planned mass exterminations by war or starvation.
I call on Mark Weber, whom I have long admired in the past for his brilliance and charisma, and his keen and deep intellect, to search now not his mind or ego but his heart, and face his flaws urgently and NOW.
Mark is in his early fifties and of course will not change at this late date his basic character. Mark needs a co-director. Or I predict the IHR will go down and be replaced by something better — and what will Mark do then? His whole life has been the Cause.
No pain, no gain, Mark. Grow from the pain and you — and I, and we all, and the white race and the truth — will gain. The Khazars ONLY will lose if you grow now, and not sulk we are out to get you.

Vincent Reynouard has just published the THIRD 100-plus page issue of his magnificent magazine Sans Concession [ = "No Concession"] in the French language.
He has done so not with a $43,000 salary, but from the undergroud and on the run. If caught, this convinced Holocaust refuter faces two years in prison in France and Belgium and a 100,000 euro fine. His wife Marine and their seven children have been cut off from all food stamps, and they are living hand-to-mouth on donations from French comrades!
I and Margi Huffstickler, my fiancée, stayed in their tenement apartment in exile in Brussels, Belgium, for several days in March 2007.
The Reynouards cook for nine on ONE electric coil. (We saw it!)
They wash their dishes, because their sink is tiny, in the bathtub.
And let no man sneer at this Traditional Catholic, who is also a fervent National Socialist and a marvelous hero, and so is his wife — and so is their perfectly behaved little tribe of blond and redheaded children.
And now Vincent Reynouard has produced three magazines in six months, and while on the run. God knows what his “office” is! A toolshed, a winecellar, an attic?
I enclose the latest magazine envelope to me; as you can see, there is no return address because he mails them from hiding “somewhere in France.”
(Let this be a lesson to WASPs who think the French are all lazy. The National Socialists certainly are not, nor are most French.)
Need I say more? Comrade Reynouard is a self-starter and a self-completer; Mark is good at small projects and things that require élan — but not a good completer of mammoth undertakings. That’s just not his forte, and the leopard will not change his spots at 51.
The artices by Vincent Reynouard, Robert Faurisson and others in Sans Concession there are first-rate. I know Margi and I have been reading every issue for three years now. Margi right now is translating Reynouard’s brilliant and very courageous defense, yes, of the Gestapo by Reynouard. It is tightly reasoned, fact-filled, replete with many illustrations and
is of the level the JHR used to have and which made us all proud.
In fact, there is a galaxy of talent in the revisionist francosphere and much of the sterling new revisionist work in French has never been translated into English. It would have been perfect for the JHR. And remember: our comrades go to prison for long terms with Arabs and blacks for writing this material, and it is not even being translated.
Margi and I translated the entire memoirs of Rexist leader and Waffen-SS hero Leon Degrelle, over 100 pages, for The Barnes Review from French into English, and it appeared ther from 2005-2007.
While Degrelle was not a scholar, but rather a charismatic politician and warrior (and the most highly decorated of the four hundred thousand foreign volunteers in the Waffen-SS), and my friend Ted O’Keefe and others have found errors and problems in Degrelle’s scholarship, his writings have dramatically opened up a new world to us in the anglosphere, the world of the Continent, and there is a great deal of first-rate material from the Continent just waiting to be translated that is truly scholarly as well, especially from the French, Italian and the Spanish too.
If one goes farther afield in subject matter, there is also Vladimir Avdeyev’s magnificent new book Rasologiya [ = "Race-ology"] that need to be translated from, of course, the Russian into English.
We western comrades have NO idea how much — of all regimes — surprisingly it was for decades the Soviet Union that promoted the politically incorrect study of the Indo-Europeans and Nordic peoples, partly out of national pride, since most experts in both Russia and the West believe the IE peoples actually originated in the Ukrainian-southern Russian area. (Stalin thought this would glorify the Slavs and thus the key ethnic group of the USSR.) In any case, the only regime that has promoted Nordic studies since 1945 was the USSR — proving that, as Lord Byron said, truth is stranger than fiction.
It is ironic, BTW, that Mark is now de-emphasizing the Khazar pseudo-holocaust of 1939-45, because he broke with Willis Carto in 1992 over Carto’s own intention to de-emphasize it. Willis wanted the JHR to expand into revisionist areas other than the WWII Khazar hoax. (When the IHR broke away, and Carto no longer controlled the JHR, he then founded The Barnes Review, which parenthetically has always been livelier but much less scholarly than was the JHR, and it has treated the Holohoax as one of many Khazar scams.)
BTW, I know exactly whereof I speak. I know all the principals very well, and I see flawed men of good intentions, like myself, in all the warring camps.
I hope something good will come of all this. Sometimes a shakeup is a good thing, and we all roll up our sleeves and work better together and with new purpose.

In support of this post on the necessity of revving Holohoax revisionism back up, here are photos and translations by me of recent magazines by the heroic French revisionist, national socialist and (like Bishop Williamson) Traditional Catholic, Vincent Reynouard.
Reynouard, born 1969 and thus 40, is from a doctor family and used to dine with his affluent parents in a chateau in the Loire Valley. Later he got a degree in chemical engineering and taught mathematics at a high school until he was fired in 1997 for having Holocaust revisionist documents on the hard drive of his computer at work! He is not used to poverty, but he accepts it for himself, even life on the run since June of last year — and wishes only that his wife and children not go hungry while he continues his high-performance writing and his publishing of other revisionists.
Here is a sweet, humble, yet determined and realistic thank-you letter from Vincent last Christmas to supporters, with a photo of three of his seven darling children at the bottom, Azelie, Josephine and Timothee:
A picture of Vincent, who like most French has a fine sense of humor and irony, finding a politically incorrect frieze in the courthouse where he is being judged! (Once he was actually arrested on new charges as he was leaving the courthouse from another trial.)
How the Jews fear this modest, kind, but fearless man! And the exact, precise, factual research this trained engineer does, in the finest tradition of the dean of Holocaust revisionism, Professor Robert Faurisson and his insistence on “exactitude”!
I know there are many of us online with fiercely named pagan-Germanic avatars, but this very gentle Christian, husband and father of seven walks the walk. I am not a Traditional Catholic myself (although I revere Christ) — but as Rudyard Kipling said once in a great poem: “You’re a better man than I, Gunga Din.” Reynouard is better than ninety percent of us. Vincent Reynouard is quietly, modestly, a hero.

This is the third issue that VR has published while in hiding.
